If you wish to make changes to your order, such as the delivery address or items in your order please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page - please include your order number so we can process your request efficiently.
Return your order
If you have received the wrong item (e.g. colour or size), your item has arrived faulty or damaged, or any alternative issues please contact us to arrange a free return within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Postage costs will be refunded where applicable.
- Returned items must not have been used and show signs of wear or use.
- Returns, refunds, exchanges are subject to the retailers authorisation.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via our live chat or reply to your order confirmation email describing your request for return and the reason for your return.
- We will confirm your full name, shipping address and order number via email. We will send a prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided, ensuring the parcel is packaged adequately.
- Once we receive receipt of postage of your return, we will process the refund
- We will pay return postage costs where applicable

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. If you have changed your mind once your order has arrived, provided the items in your order have not been used we accept returns and will provide a full refund excluding shipping costs. You, the buyer are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return to us and a full refund will be provided once items are received and inspected.
If your item, such as a chastity cage has been used, unless faulty, unfortunately we can not accept a return due to hygiene reasons.
