We aim to dispatch USA international orders in 1-3 working days, however please be aware during busy periods this may be longer. We send international orders by Royal Mail.

Please note: It is the customers responsibility to pay any customs and import charges if they are imposed. We complete an electronic and physical customs declaration for your order. Can I track my order?
Yes, in the UK we offer two shipping couriers, Royal Mail and Evri.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 24 - Once dispatched, you will be assigned a tracking number which provides frequent updates so you are able to track where your parcel is and importantly when its out for delivery. You can also assign a 'safeplace', change delivery date, choose a neighbour or deliver to a local Post Office incase you aren't going to be in.
Evri 2 Working Days or 1 Working day - Once dispatched, you will be assigned a tracking number which provides frequent updates so you are able to track where your parcel is and importantly when its out for delivery.
USA International - Once dispatched, your will be assigned a tracking number which provides frequent updates so you are able to track where your parcel is and importantly when its out for delivery.
Do you deliver to collection points?
Yes! At checkout simply choose 'Ship to pickup point'. This service is delivered by Evri. Pickup point deliveries are sent via Evri 1 Working Day.
Discreet Delivery
Our discreet packaging is designed to ensure that your privacy is protected. There is no indication of what’s inside the package; just a plain brown box with a simple return address and generic company name.

Do you offer international delivery?
We now offer delivery to the USA! Please note: It is the customers responsibility to pay customs and import charges if they are imposed.
Unfortunately we do not currently ship to EU countries or the rest of the world.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are completed by the Shopify Payment Gateway or PayPal. Your credit or debit card details are not kept once your payment is processed.
What will show on my bank statements/PayPal?
We understand that privacy is incredibly important to our customers, so your transaction will show as "LL UK" or "LL Online" on your bank statement and PayPal.
