Return your order
If you have received the wrong item (e.g. colour or size), your item has arrived faulty or damaged, unwanted, unopened in the same condition that you received it, or any alternative issues please contact us to arrange a free return within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund, including any delivery fees to your original payment method.
Please note the following regarding our return and refund policy:
- Postage costs will be refunded where applicable.
- Returned items must not have been used or show signs of wear or use.
- Where not covered by our policy returns and refunds are subject to the our authorisation.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via our live chat or email, providing your order number describing your request for return and the reason for your return.
- We will confirm your full name, shipping address and order number. We are able to send a prepaid return shipping label via email for print or arrange for a Royal Mail collection.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided, ensuring the parcel is packaged adequately.
- Once we receive your return and they have been inspected a full refund, including any shipping costs will be provided. We will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to be processed.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days. If you have changed your mind once your order has arrived, provided the items in your order have not been used we accept returns and will provide a full refund including shipping costs.
