We aim to dispatch USA international orders in 1-3 working days, however please be aware during busy periods this may be longer. We send international orders by Royal Mail.

Please note: It is the customers responsibility to pay customs and import charges if they are imposed. We complete a customs declaration for your order which is affixed to the parcel, the package is declared as a 'novelty item'
Can I track my order?
Yes, in the UK we offer two shipping couriers, Royal Mail and Evri.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 24 - Once dispatched, you will be assigned a tracking number which provides frequent updates so you are able to track where your parcel is and importantly when its out for delivery. You can also assign a 'safeplace', change delivery date, choose a neighbour or deliver to a local Post Office incase you aren't going to be in.
Evri 2 Working Days or 1 Working day - Once dispatched, you will be assigned a tracking number which provides frequent updates so you are able to track where your parcel is and importantly when its out for delivery.
Some customers report that when they have selected Evri at checkout in addition to redirecting delivery to a Safe place or Preferred neighbour they have been able to redirect their delivery to a local Evri ParcelShop for collection. This service may be subject to change and we can't guarantee this will be available on your order.
USA International - Once dispatched, your will be assigned a tracking number which provides frequent updates so you are able to track where your parcel is and importantly when its out for delivery.
Discreet Delivery
Our discreet packaging is designed to ensure that your privacy is protected. There is no indication of what’s inside the package; just a plain brown box with a simple return address and branding name 'LL UK'
For USA International deliveries, we complete a customs declaration for your order which is affixed to the parcel, the package is declared as a 'novelty item' If you have further questions about international deliveries, please reach out.
Do you offer international delivery?
We now offer delivery to the USA! Please note: It is the customers responsibility to pay customs and import charges if they are imposed.
Unfortunately we do not currently ship to EU countries or the rest of the world.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are completed by the Shopify Payment Gateway or PayPal. Your credit or debit card details are not kept once your payment is processed.
What will show on my bank statements/PayPal?
We understand that privacy is incredibly important to our customers, so your transaction will show as "LL UK" or "LL Online" on your bank statement and PayPal.
